September 14 – Celebrate the life and creativity of the self-taught musician on Frank Zappa Day. Held over two days, most of the festivities will be held at the Southeast Anchor Library Auditorium. September 15 – Strictly from 12:00am to 11:00pm, Harbor East will be filled with sounds from the Charm City Music Festival with their headlining act, Weezer.
